This has to be the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon. I have never left a review on anything before but I felt the need to warn people not to buy this pooy made product. The plastic is cheap and scraped and the light did not work at all. It all felt flimsy. The only thing worth buying was the case it came in. Do not waste your time. Buy a ring light from a better brand.

I needed this for a project and upcoming wedding shoot. As soon as I turned it on the light cut out and never turned back on. I just got this delivered 2 days ago!! I am so disappointed in this product and will be returning it immediately for a refund. What a rip-off!!

Im frustrated and upset. This is a product that should last longer than 3 months!! All of a sudden when I turn it on it flickers once and then goes out. I know it cant be that the bulb is out because it works for that split second. I let it rest for a while (thinking it just needed some time), but it still is doing it a month later! I contacted the company and they never responded to me! Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this to anyone because it is not reliable at all! Even worse, the company doesnt even try to help you. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Install Flash Player I am a professional Makeup Artist. I purchased the Neewer Ringlight on March 8th and I have used it about 5 times since I have had it. On May 27th I had to do makeup for a bride and every time I turned the light on it just blinked after several minutes later the light went completely out and I was unable to use the light for a paid service! This was a very embarrassing moment and very unprofessional. I contacted the company and asked if they could replace the ring light since I had it for only two months and all they said was "Can I replace the bulb myself". I have posted a video of the light and what it does at the present time.

I bought this product a year in a half ago never used it saved it until I was ready to use it . Now it 2018 I finally open the package to use it and the light doest even work really come on. Spent a $ 119 dollars on a product finally get ready to use it and it doesnt work come on this product is a piece of trash I recommend not to buy it. I bought two studio lights the same time I bought the ring light and the studio boxes work just fine when I decided to open them up and use them. So disappointed. Also the company only offers a180 day warranty what a waist of money.

I purchased this light and it had less than 10 hours of use on it and it stopped working. I contacted Neewer directly (filled out a warranty replacement on their website). They have not responded to my request and it has been over 10 business days. When I call the phone number listed on their website, their voicemail is full. I see multiple complaints about not being able to contact anyone AND about their gear being faulty or not working. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from the Neewer brand.

Used this product for about a yr and the side screw and stand doesnt work anymore!!!!!!! Im so upset. The tripod looses its grip on its own and start to slide out of position. Light is Amazing, but the tripod and the side screw on the ring is trash. What good is this product if I dont have a stand or I can keep it steady?? I hope they can exchange it for me! Well see

I was so happy when it arrived. I bought the stand, filters, extra piece to hold camera. I plugged it in and it turned on for half a second and it turned off. I tried a couple more times and kept doing the same thing. Returned it the next day. Glad amazon has great return policy. Ill probably give it another chance and buy the warranty from amazon.

I liked the ring light but when i got it and plugged it in would turn on then it was having short cuts and realized the light bulb on the left side wasnt working, I was really exited I have looked at many peoples reviews loving this product please reach out to me I will return but would like to have you send me another one, I need a ring light thank you!

This ring light is amazing but there are a few cons that I have one of them is this company need to include a diffuser or. Softner with it I dont light that there isnt one coding the light itself. And the second con is that there isnt a camera bracket that comes with it other ring lights that Ive seen had that attachment with it so you will need to purchase those two things . Other than that this is a great purchave if your in photography or filmmaking
