My daughter wanted a ringlight for her birthday more than anything. She was thrilled with this light, until the next day she turned it on and it popped and started smoking! She is really distraught about this, she had a big holiday dance coming up and was excited to use the light to do her makeup.

The ring light is great. I think my cellphone holder is missing pieces. It does NOT hold my phone in place and isn’t deep enough to insert my phone properly. Will probably keep the light unit, but trade out the cellphone holder from one from another tripod I own. Additionally this unit doesn’t have a remote. Would have preferred a remote for adjustments

I ordered this light for my son and within a month of using the light, it doesn’t turn on anymore. When he plugged it in to use for one of his clients it made a zap sound and started smelling like burnt plastic... The box where you connect the power cable to is loose... overall it’s a mess.. and on top of that the 30day warranty is up so now we can’t even return it!!!!

Very weak, I tried to mount my T5i in the middle as pictured in one of the pictures on the listing and it wont even come close to holding it up. If I tried a little harder it might stay but Id be worried of it falling over because its so extremely light weight. It could easily fall over (has already without anything mounted in it) and break whatever is mounted in it, be it phone, camera, or mirror. The dimmer only works for the top %70 power below that it flickers like a horror movie. On another note its weird that Emma Stone is in the pictures, Im sure that she didnt endorse this product, I wonder what shed think if she saw that her images are being stolen.

I got this light to start doing some youtube makeup videos, it seemed like other lights only better priced. I can tell why this is so cheap, it is very bad quality. The filters came with multiple pieces cracked, they dont stay clipped on because the tabs came out of the box cracked. The back of the light is made of plastic so thin I am afraid it will break if it falls over. Falling over is a worry because the stand is so extremely light weight and flimsy. I only put my phone in, I am afraid to use my camera because the camera weighs more than the whole stand and makes it super top heavy. Looks much nicer in the images on the advertisement than it really is.

I love this light. Super easy setup and can get very strong if you want it to. Has a good adjustment of very low to very bright. Good quality and easy to pop on and off the white balance filters. Nice and light weight too. I dig!

I really love this ring light, my husband and I appreciate the sturdiness and of it. I’m always want to make YouTube channel now it becomes more easier with this item because it make great sense to beautify the pictures. Ive had this ring light for almost 3 weeks now and it works good. I would recommend to my all friends.

A litany of problems. Dimmer does not do anything. Bag zipper is totally missing the pull, so its just a opening, with no pull it cant be shut. The diffuser pieces have some of the snaps cracked so it doesnt stay on right. The power supply has cracks in the rubber. I had to tape it with electrical tape. Bad, bad product.
