Best value for the money. This speed light couples seamlessly with trigger units and hotshots for the coupled camera manufacturer. AT a fraction of the cost of the camera manufacturer speed lights, I highly recommend the Good units.

So I understand these are sold under many names and brands, after much research the GoDox seems to be one of the well supported iterations. I like the tel, and needed the HSS feature and the lightweight long battery life of the li-ion. I looked at the 850 and opted for the 860 with ttl option. First let me start with I am not a super experienced strobes, but I have used various systems from studio set ups to simple on camera flash for decades. I enjoyed my Yuongno system for a time on my micro four thirds set-up but it miss fired frequent enough to miss some key shots, some paid gigs. (older 5 years ago system) Since moving to Nikon I had a few Neewer flashes, both died within a year and their service even when bought through Amazon is non-existent. I am going on 4 months now with the GoDox using it in studio and on location. The flash set up is super straight forward with nice backlit LCD screens and labeled buttons. Neewer had these but the ink rubbed off in a few uses making button determination a guessing game. The trigger is also nicely laid out with the rotational dial being firm enough to give positive clicks but easy enough to quickly make adjustments. The Nikon mount hot shoe is also metal which is a solid reaffirmation that if on a stand it will hold up over time. I did get a bowens mount for added security with larger modifiers. I have attached a few basic images indoors and out to see the strength of these little lights, Ill update soon as I have large athletic group to shoot portraits for 200+ images in less than an hour, wish me luck. Note the last image tight crop selfie was mid day and camera right was harsh full sunshine in AZ, the little flash in ttl mode did a great job balancing the light first time around with plenty of room for me to improve still.

Really impressed with this speedlite. Use it with my Nikon D750, both on and off camera. Highly recommended. Looking forward to getting a remote trigger to use with it!

Failed during first time use. The speedlite overheated during first time use. I think I actually received a defective. Sadly I did not even try it after receiving it during the first 30 days. Not sure what to do. I guess I will have to leave a review to warn others to test it right after receiving the unit.

This is an excellent flash for use with Nikon. Love the built-in receiver and especially the rechargeable Lithium battery. Battery lasts a very long time an no more AAs to screw with.

Sin embargo puse a cargar la batería original, la dejé 24 horas y la batería se abombó y explotó. Necesito saber si esto es frecuente ? Si tienen garantía?
