Dont buy Godox or Neewer TT850/860 Series till they fix the battery problem. I bought the Godox V850 flash from seller Primacy here on Amazon. I also have a Neewer TT850 which I bought from another dealer. I bought these flashes primarily because they claim to do 650 flashes on one charge of battery. And they dont use AA batteries. The flash itself is good and powerful at a fraction of what a Nikon or Canon flash costs. The problem is the battery doesnt last long. After a few months, the battery doesnt charge. I didnt use my Godox flash for 6 months and this Christmas I used it but the battery is dead. And it wont charge. I contacted both Godox and Neewer but they dont respond. Very poor customer service. And I wont buy from either manufacturer again! Dont buy these flashes until Godox and Neewer fix their battery problem.

This is not a good product. I have not been able to use it since I purchased it through Amazon.com. The battery gave up after I charged it. I cant find the address or contact number for "primacy," the entity that sent me the product, so I can at least have a replacement battery. Amazon.com has not been helpful in tracing "primacy" despite my request for help in my last comment.
