Very disappointed with this product. I received it but didnt try it before the return window (my fault yes) but it does not work at all. Will not turn on at all. Obviously not good. I never got a reply to my message I sent them. I would have at least liked some advice on a possible way to repair it.

Product is cheaply made both items I have received have been defective. The light flickered on the first one and now the bolt that attaches the light keeps falling out. Would not recommend.

I am a professional makeup artist and I knew I needed something to help me when traveling to wedding venues, especially when clients are getting ready in cabins with terrible lighting. Well, I bought this and it arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged really well and everything was good. I used it for a wedding, which had NO WINDOWS in the room she was getting ready in. It saved the day. However, as a makeup artist, the lighting wasnt a perfect balance of white and yellow. The perfect lighting is a mixture of incandescent and fluorescent to mimic the natural sun light. I tried using the two different options and liked the warm light the best, but it was too warm. And when I tried 2 white and 2 orange, it wasnt an even-looking light source. So I am returning and splurging on The Makeup Light instead. One con with this is that when the stand is at its tallest, the light is too heavy and it topples over. You really have to adjust it to the clients eye level so that it isnt too tall and top-heavy. One pro is that you are able to adjust the angle of the light. So if you want to tilt it down you can. It came with all accessories described and did not have any issues with malfunctions (unlike Neewer). Overall a good light and got the job done in a room with absolutely no lighting. However, not the perfect balance for makeup artists.

This product is very easy to assemble. I like that it comes with two different plastic filter (white and orange). Although, I did not like the orange plastic filter. Another pro to this product is the dimmable light. I dont really need it at its highest setting as it is too bright for me. I use the ring light mostly to snap pictures of my makeup and my clients makeup. I will also plan to do future videos with this ring light. I didnt like the light stand as it does not feel stable and is light weight. Im scared it might fall with the ring light attached onto it sometimes. I also dont like the way the tripod and cell phone holder is made. It doesnt exactly fit on the ring light but its doable for now. Overall, I like this product, but I think the quality is very cheaply made.

Received it, within 30 seconds it turned off by itself and was dead found the source of the problem and it was a bad ac/dc adapter UPDATE: Reached out to them and they shipped a new AC/DC adapter free of charge works great now no complaints

The Light Is Amazing! It’s strong and the best thing I would say is the portablitly! Took it on the road from North Carolina to California to Michigan and back able to use it with no problems. One of my favorite things in my house I don’t know how I made video and took pictures before I got this haha. Can get bright and can get tall. Always useful

WOW! It comes with everything you see in the picture. Everything feels good as in build quality and the light is very bright! I would not question the 4800LM statement just by visually looking at it. The light stand quality is comparable to my other light stands which I use for in studio and on location. It comes with what looks like a defuser and a CTO gel / defuser. The tripod ball head looks small but has no issues holding my DSLT "sony a99ii" with a tokina 11-16 F2.8 UWA lens. The bag it comes with is of decent quality and I dont foresee it ripping or breaking. So far this kit has been great and doesnt break the bank!

I initially bought this ring light to use for product photography. I noticed that when I used just led panels or soft boxes I would either get a shadow of my camera in the frame, or it wouldnt light the subject well enough. This led ring light solved those problems. With the adjustable brightness know, see video, you can really dial in how much brightness you need. You can also choose to use the white or yellow lights for when your taking photos of people. I do also want to comment on the portability. For me portability is everything. The fact that this can fit in a bag the size of a backpack, yet be too tall for me to open up completely because of my ceiling, is pretty impressive. I must say, I would stay away from putting your camera on the included mount, unless its a smartphone. You are much better off using your camera handheld so you can adjust the zoom and focus. On a final note I will leave you with some photos I took using the ring light.
