I am a professional makeup artist and I knew I needed something to help me when traveling to wedding venues, especially when clients are getting ready in cabins with terrible lighting. Well, I bought this and it arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged really well and everything was good. I used it for a wedding, which had NO WINDOWS in the room she was getting ready in. It saved the day. However, as a makeup artist, the lighting wasnt a perfect balance of white and yellow. The perfect lighting is a mixture of incandescent and fluorescent to mimic the natural sun light. I tried using the two different options and liked the warm light the best, but it was too warm. And when I tried 2 white and 2 orange, it wasnt an even-looking light source. So I am returning and splurging on The Makeup Light instead. One con with this is that when the stand is at its tallest, the light is too heavy and it topples over. You really have to adjust it to the clients eye level so that it isnt too tall and top-heavy. One pro is that you are able to adjust the angle of the light. So if you want to tilt it down you can. It came with all accessories described and did not have any issues with malfunctions (unlike Neewer). Overall a good light and got the job done in a room with absolutely no lighting. However, not the perfect balance for makeup artists.
