The card i received was defective. I took it with me on a trip. A few hours into use with a Nikon J1, the card gave me a signal that it was locked and I could not shot any more. I used only a gig or two before it gave me the error message, I physically moved the lock slider back and forth a few times. Still locked and unusable. In addition, some of the image files were corrupted. Luckily, I had other cards with me to capture images with. .
