Within an hour of watching a YouTube video on the inns and outs of this camera, we were out taking pics, swappin lenses and making some very cool shots! An excellent camera, even for someone very new to photography!

I absolutely love this bundle! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the tripod that came with the bundle had broken pieces upon arrival rendering it completely unusable. I ended up buying a new tripod because of it. Other than that I love this camera and all the accessories. It takes amazing pictures. I attached some photos to show what this thing can do. I’m very impressed with the image quality.

Absolutly phenominal starter camera. I started knowing nothing about dslrs this is my first so take that into consideration but from where im standing it teaches you from step 1 how to use and keeps reminding me better ways do work the device. If you have just about any question this camera has a built in crash course on everything and still has the ability to shoot completly guide free where your 100% incharge of every aspect my one and only con is there is no microphone jack, other than that this is the best starter camera someone could ask for.

If youre new to the DLSR world this is a great camera to start with. This package deal is everything you need to get you started. The camera itself takes great pictures but learn to use Manual mode, you will be a better photographer. Please keep in mind that, it is missing a couple of advanced features like the inability to do auto-bracketing (HDR) and time-lapse photography. However, with a good tripod and a little know how, you can do manual bracketing or HDR photos. Of course, this will require knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop or GIMP to combine and adjust the images. You can remote trigger the camera via Bluetooth, using the Nikon SnapBridge app, BUT, you will NOT be able to see a live preview of what you are currently taking. If you want more features, look into getting a more expensive model. The accessory pack is, like I said.. to get you started. The camera and the 2 lens alone are about the price without the accessories, so, I bought a backpack style bag to give me more room to carry stuff. The tripod is rather cheaply made, so I bought sturdy aluminum one that can be converted into a monopod. I also invested in a Speedlight flash to gain more reach with taking indoor photography. Enyoy!

Im not a professional photographer and is taking me a little too learn how to use it. I suggest you do the same if this is your first Nikon camera. I used the other brand and I was used to that but decided to switched because many of my friends who know a thing or two about cameras they own Nikon.

I have never had an SLR camera and I was able to capture these pictures, which I think look pretty dang good. So I am pretty happy with this purchase.

It is a nice camera. It is a little different than D3400, Nikon made D3500 for right handed people, which my daughter is, so thats great. Everything in the reach of right hand. Im sure left handed photographers wouldnt, have any problem with that either. My daughter is a beginner who loves to take pictures. She still learning. Is not super easy to operate, she still going thru manual on line, which is available. Overall I would recommend the camera, is great.

The package came quickly and had everything that was promised! All of the accessories work with the camera and the bag fits everything snugly (except for the tripod, but I assumed that would be the case.) Overall, Im super happy with this purchase!
