Absolutely love this Camera. I had taken some photography classes in high school where a camera was provided, but when i was done i wanted to continue taking pictures. I researched a little to find a camera that would work for what I wanted. I love the touchscreen, awesome bonus. I also like that they have a dial on the back instead of something like a d pad, because Im also able to control my fstop with it. One feature I was really looking at was Wi-Fi capability. And i was happy with the ability to do that with this camera. I can connect it to my phone by downloading and app, I can see what my camera sees on my phone, and I can even snap a picture from the app, I can also view and download the pictures I have taken onto my phone. I would recommend this camera to anyone.

This was an upgrade from a T2 and is a great camera. Overall much more improved from the older version. I especially like the wifi capability so I can send pictures from my phone. Worked will all my older lenses but seemed to focus faster and take batter pictures.

I received the camera on time although there was very little tracking communication from the shipper. I knew when it left but I was not given any updates until I received the camera. I have only used the camera once and was satisfied with its performance. I owned a Canon t3i before this and most of the menu was similar which helped feeling comfortable using the camera. I as surprised to find out that when I downloaded the RAW pictures, they were not compatible with Picasa as was my T3i, so now Im looking into Lightroom. I think this camera will be a nice upgrade to my T3i and I look forward to enjoying it more. I would recommend this camera

To update. I have had this for 3 years now, and have played with most of the features. Recently played with the WiFi capability and connected my phone with app to the camera for remote shooting. Am investigating new lenses for more a broader spectrum of photography options. Still highly recommend. Still agree this is a fantastic entry level DSLR at a great price. Auto settings make it easy for anyone to take a great picture, but as time has progressed I love the manual mode more and more.

I love Canon cameras, but the one thing that they never did well was to capture photos in low level lighting....until now. The pictures are crisp and clean and work great in low level lighting. There are times when I wish that it had a motorized zoom lens, but otherwise is a great camera.

I bought this for my wife as an early Christmas gift and she loved it. She still does. She does professional photography on the side and this works great for a less expensive alternative. The camera was a huge upgrade from our old Nikon DSLR and everything about this camera is truly amazing. It takes perfect pictures, the autofocus is fast, and the lens is the best part. We have had this camera for a few years now with no issues. I love cannon anyways.

Listing said it was tested and fully functioning. It arrived dented on the dial as well as hotshoe. the hotshoe was so badly damaged that I could not connect a flash and the camera is fussy when communicating with lenses. This camera has clearly been dropped. Going through the returns process and hoping for the best.

This is a great camera. Its great in low light situations and color accuracy is great. This is my 3rd EOS Rebel a T1i, a T4i and now the T6s, each one has been progressively better.

Ive used an Xsi for about 7 years and this is just wonderful. It brings new depth to old lenses and the articulated display is great for odd angles on a tripod. Best upgrade I ever made.

I previously owned the Xsi which was about 6 or 7 years old and I decided to buy new as this was the described as the most significant upgrade in recent time. They were absolutely right. From the quality of the build which has increased with the addition of the great screen and the top lcd readout. The knobs feel solid and the coating on the outside of the body feels top notch. Picture quality is great and it is super function. My favorite feature is that Canon introduced WiFi and NFC communication which allows me to create a mobile hot spot on the camera and allows me to view and upload to social media on the go. Overall, great camera and when paired with a solid lens, it makes a must have for the photographer on the go that needs a light and cost efficient kit.
