Camera was defective, everytime picture was taken green lines would show up in photos and on the screen. Had it sent back and still have yet to get an exchange or refund.
I was extremely satisfied with this camera for the past couple of weeks. I was literally getting ready to write a 5 star review until last night when the pop up flash just stopped working in the middle of shooting. I read several posts online surrounding factory defaulting (which I did) to resolve the issue. Unfortunately this has not corrected the problem. I love this camera, it’s perfect for what I use it for and this is very disappointing that its possibly broken a couple weeks in. I was not planning on going through the process of waiting for boxes, shipping back, waiting for fix or replacement and not having the camera for days to weeks. I contacted canon and I’m waitibg to hear back. *sigh* Anyway sorry for the negative review. Update: amazon is replacing the camera and was very helpful.
