I’ve been using this camera for a couple of months and I really love it! I’d say it’s a great beginner’s kit and the price is REALLY reasonable considering all the extra gadgets you get with it. The only issue I have is with the small tripod. I have preferred a taller tripod which I think is more practical for most photographers. Overall I’m really happy with this camera and the kit!

I bought this a little over a year ago and my camera is still going strong. The canon kit lense is a good starter though I have bought 2 more lenses since. The 2 lenses that are off brand that come with the kit don’t really do much for me they just sit in my bag. The bag it comes in isn’t too bad but the strap that came with it sucks so I just use the handle. Everything else isn’t too bad . If you can just buy the canon lense and camera together for cheaper I would suggest that

I bought this camera specifically for my digital photography class and there are some advantages and disadvantages that comes with the camera. Like other reviews on here that state their pros and cons I would say that the pros to the camera are: decent megapixels, good autofocus, and comes with a great lens. The cons of the camera i would say is that although the camera can record in 720p the sound quality is terrible and my camera has trouble focusing whenever i try to record. This camera is only good for only taking pictures but not video recording/vlogs.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my purchase got to me..2 days earlier than expected. Upon first glance after opening the box, I didnt immediately see all of the items that I purchased.. I immediately called the company and found that the offices were closed as it was the weekend. well after calming down I went through all of the boxes and the carry bag and lo and behold, I found items packed within..lol....Well to...the Focus Company....Thanks I AM VERY SATISFIED! I have been testing the camera and all of the accessories and cant wait to take them with me on my next trip!! 5 Stars!!

I received this camera a few months ago for a Christmas gift and just now providing feedback. Unboxing was intimidating as Im a beginner, but after a few youtube videos and playing around with this camera, I am so happy with the photographs I can capture as a novice! Worth every penny if youve been wanting a nice camera. Not one single issue with this product so far.

In the video mode, if subject moves coming in and leaving frame it will blur the subject until it captures and adjusts focus. I need my video to be focused at all times despite movement of the subject. Watched several online help videos, even one from Cannon, to combat this issue and nothing worked. Used the Flexi and Live modes, yet nothing prevented the blurring of the subject when they moved into/out of frame. Never had this issue filming with my iPhone. Subjects were always moving and never blurred.

I have a rebel xsi so familiar with product. Was disappointed in wide angle lens was off brand. Otherwise pleased with product. Also dud not get Canon ulitity for download of photos which us common when buying a Canon camera.
