Canon EOS Rebel T5i 18-135mm IS STM Digital SLR Camera Kit (Black)

Seems to be a great camera. I had the ten-year-old version of the Canon Rebel, and needed to update. While the old one still takes good photos in well-lighted situations, I have a friend that took pictures with this same camera in less-than-ideal lighting situations, and the photos turned out great. I knew then that my next camera was going to be the T5i ! Im sure theres a lot of features on this camera that I still dont know about, but as I get to learn about the camera, I will enjoy using those features too.

Its very light weight and the 18-135mmm lens is all I need at the moment ! Very happy camper ! My first DSLR, i was considering the T4i but i thought if this is my first dslr just go for the newest model. I got the 18-135mm lens and let me tell you the images are obviously different from PnS. The fast shutter and quick focus times are great. I tried it with my friends speedlite 430 flash and What a difference... definitely going to get me one of those later on. The built in flash strobe effect in low light conditions to obtain focus can be a disaster as not only does it render the human subjects dazed and confused but it give a false impression that the photo has been taken so the subjects moves off. Apart from that i love it, the built in custom settings such as b/w and miniature effect really looks good. Im happy with the 18-135 so my next purchase will be the speedlite. Buy this with confidence if you are new to DSLR cameras, dont get the t4i or t3i. If your a semi-pro go higher to a 7d. Touch screen feature is quite cool and useful

Phenomenal camera, but knew it would be. A Canon user for life. Took a recommendation from a user to upgrade the standard lens and did so with the 18 - 135. Absolutely no regrets, love the macro capability at the 135 length. The skys the limit with this camera for any amateur photographer.

This camera does everything we need as non-professional photographers. It works well. Weve had no problems. Takes good photos. Id buy it again.
