I used this for about 5 years and had the main circuit damaged twice. Thus I think I got a faulty one and the time between malfunctions left me with no option to ask for help. Apart from that, I enjoyed using this camera. Knowing its boundaries in ISO and shutter speed will allow you to take proper photos on difficult conditions. Battery life will get you around easily. Video is nice but focusing is nothing special. The range of lenses available is outstanding and the customer service worldwide is great. If youre looking for your first DSLR try getting higher in the rebel family. If youre looking for something in a budget, this one might help a lot. Guarantee you will learn a lot about taking proper photos. I think I will get into an 80D after this one. Hopefully it will last longer.
