Received this camera about four weeks ago and although it seems to be working fine so far, there were some things that have led me to believe that this camera might not be a "brand new" camera as their description states it. First of all, right upon arrival I noticed that the camera box seal stickers had already been cut, as if someone had already opened the camera. Secondly, some of the products received with the bundle either malfunction, or have signs of prior usage. The filters received with the bundle were dirty and the manual seem to have been crumbled into the bag, the macro lens was also dusty from the inside. The tripod received with the bundle cannot hold the camera steady, it keeps falling backwards, so forget about using it for any type of vlogging. A few days after receiving the items, I received an email from the seller asking me for a review for the camera, instead I responded to that email with my questions and concerns and told them that I would love to hear back from them before leaving my review. Weeks have gone by and still no response from the seller other than they recently sent another emotional email asking once more for a review (I believe that these emotional emails are no more than a review getting tactic in my opinion). So here I am, writing this review with my honest opinion about the product. I gave the seller plenty of time to respond to my concerns but he never took the time to do so. I really like the camera so far, but the fact that this could possible be a used item doest not make this deal worth it in my opinion.

So I recently got this bundle a few days ago, and I am very upset. When I first opened my package, I noticed two items, the Flexible 12" Spider Tripod and the Auto Power Pro Slave Flash, were missing. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted the seller and let them know these two items were missing and there has been no response. It has been 3 days. Then while using the camera, I noticed theres a problem with both SD cards. The problem is they both lock unexpectedly. Therefore, I have to remove the SD card from the camera and move it around a bit from unlocked to locked to unlocked to locked to make whatever is malfunctioning get fixed. This is a hassle because this can take from 2-5 minutes to fix. This prevents me from recording and taking pictures in the moment. The third problem Ive had is with the recording itself. Ive recorded about 8 different short videos while using this camera. For some strange reason although ALL 8 recordings were in the same setting ,(I literally just switched the dial to the recording setting and pressed the record button) there have been three different problems. -The first problem is 2 videos refused to playback, and when I tried downloading them onto my laptop, neither downloaded. Therefore I had to delete over 20min of recording and rerecord (when trying to play them back one video appeared as a video but the other appeared as an image. Both stating the image/video could not be played back) . -The second problem I had was that although one video that refused to playback downloaded into my computer, the video itself had no audio. That was another 12min lost of footage that I could not rerecord what was in that video. -The third problem is that while looking through the images and videos, if I flipped through a video that refused to play, the camera would automatically shut down. So for some it would simply say "cannot playback video/image" but for others the whole camera would just turn off and the screen would turn black. Id have to turn the camera dial to off, let it stay off for a good 30sec-1min before turning it back on. Im not sure if this is a problem that are caused by the SD cards or if its the camera itself. I have provided images of what came in my package, the SD card being unlocked, the two camera responses to the SD being unlocked, and different images I get while playing back videos recorded under the same setting (two say cannot playback image/video while the third one has no problem playing back the video... mind you, these 3 videos were recorded within a few mn/hrs from each other, on the same day, and with the same settings.) These are all huge issues since its not a cheap item. The item should perform well and all items that the description says will be included should be included. I will update this review in a few days letting you know if the seller "Ultimate Deals" responds back to address these issues or if they dont. I hope my review was found to be helpful! Update: They never responded to my messages however they did send me the items that were missing. They sent me a new Auto Power Pro Slave Flash and a Flexible 12" Spider Tripod that looked used. The slip these items came in were banged up and had rips however it was sent express shipping which I am grateful for. I ordered new SD cards which worked perfectly with the camera. I have not had an issue with the camera since then. Honestly, dont have too high hopes for this bundle. The accessories are hit and miss. The camera does the job though without much complications as long as you use other good SD cards.

This review is more about the accessories rather than the camera. I did reviews on this camera for 2 weeks before purchasing and they certainly delivered as expected. Brand new camera in the original box and packaging with the user manual. The external flash is decent, light weight AAA batteries required. Memory cards were sealed brand new. Card reader is not the best quality, I found it really hard to open the top part to access the opening for the SD card but once I got it open and tested it it worked flawlessly. The camera bag, again is not the best money can buy but considering what you are paying for in the bundle with the camera I didnt expect a high quality camera bag with lots of compartments so its doable. The filters and lens all came in good condition and screwed on ok. Tripod is not bad its not the best money can buy but feels sturdy when camera and kit lens is attached and stays pretty stable. All in all I was quiet satisfied with this purchase the camera works excellent, attachments and straps were all there so not bad at all considering the price.

This is more of a review of the accessories rather than the camera. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The bag is a “Vivitar” brand as are the lenses. Good quality. You could obviously find better these are def good enough. I haven’t used the flash so I can’t comment on that. The tripod is also pretty good quality. The camera is brand new. Works perfect. I’m very happy with my purchase

UPDATE: I contacted the seller about the missing items and the fake memory disk and within a few hours I received an email and a call apologizing for the mistake and telling me they were shipping the missing items. All of the missing items arrived within two days. I am very pleased with the customer service. Original review: I ordered this about a month ago and I have already used the camera lots and I love it. Unfortunately the bundle is not what it says it would be. I only received a few of the items that are listed in the bundle. I did not receive the following items: - High Resolution 0.45X Wide Angle Lens W/Macro Telephoto Lens - (2) SanDisk 32GB Cards (I only received 1) - USB Card Reader - Auto Power Pro Slave Flash - Memory Card Wallet - Lens Pen The biggest disappointment here is the SD cards. First of all, I only received one card even though two are listed. Secondly, the one I received is not an authentic SanDisc cards, I have had lots of issues with it and I have lost a few files, but now its not even recognized on my computer or my camera. I did some research and it looks like its not an actual SanDisc card - you can tell because the lock switch is yellow. I am very happy with the camera and very, very disappointed with the bundle.

This is my 1st DSLR. Bought because of having another baby and a trip to Israel. So I can’t compare to other cameras but it had been easy to learn on, it’s smaller than some others I looked at. More Convenient to carry. Again I don’t have the experience for comparison but I’ve received several compliments from people who have had DSLR’s on how many nice features it has. For a crop sensor, in my opinion, this is best bang for my buck and I’m very happy. This thing took a beating on my trip to Israel. The other non-canon items were ok. I like the cleaning stuff. Hadn’t used any filters or anything. I wish I took 1 with me just for protection for dust but I used a different lens than the kit 1 anyway. I purchased a new bad as this ones just 1 open pocket. The little Tri pod is satisfying enough. Overall I’m very happy and plan on using for years to come. For my level of photography I won’t need to upgrade any time soon

I purchased this camera for real estate photography/videography, so it seemed like a no-brainer to purchase this bundle versus other vendors who are selling just the camera and 18-55mm lens for the same price. The camera itself is already a huge upgrade from the Panasonic camcorder that I have used for the last several years (and purchased for the same price), and some of the included accessories will likely come in handy. The wide angle lens, neck strap, and memory cards are the most important one to me - but other items like the fluorescent light filter may come in handy too. All in all the package arrived quickly, as expected, and the quality of the camera itself is excellent.

This package is amazing. I was slightly nervous because you got so much stuff for such a great price, and I wasn’t sure if there was going to be some sort of catch, but there isn’t. It really is just a fantastic camera with a ton of equipment for a great price.
