So I recently got this bundle a few days ago, and I am very upset. When I first opened my package, I noticed two items, the Flexible 12" Spider Tripod and the Auto Power Pro Slave Flash, were missing. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted the seller and let them know these two items were missing and there has been no response. It has been 3 days. Then while using the camera, I noticed theres a problem with both SD cards. The problem is they both lock unexpectedly. Therefore, I have to remove the SD card from the camera and move it around a bit from unlocked to locked to unlocked to locked to make whatever is malfunctioning get fixed. This is a hassle because this can take from 2-5 minutes to fix. This prevents me from recording and taking pictures in the moment. The third problem Ive had is with the recording itself. Ive recorded about 8 different short videos while using this camera. For some strange reason although ALL 8 recordings were in the same setting ,(I literally just switched the dial to the recording setting and pressed the record button) there have been three different problems. -The first problem is 2 videos refused to playback, and when I tried downloading them onto my laptop, neither downloaded. Therefore I had to delete over 20min of recording and rerecord (when trying to play them back one video appeared as a video but the other appeared as an image. Both stating the image/video could not be played back) . -The second problem I had was that although one video that refused to playback downloaded into my computer, the video itself had no audio. That was another 12min lost of footage that I could not rerecord what was in that video. -The third problem is that while looking through the images and videos, if I flipped through a video that refused to play, the camera would automatically shut down. So for some it would simply say "cannot playback video/image" but for others the whole camera would just turn off and the screen would turn black. Id have to turn the camera dial to off, let it stay off for a good 30sec-1min before turning it back on. Im not sure if this is a problem that are caused by the SD cards or if its the camera itself. I have provided images of what came in my package, the SD card being unlocked, the two camera responses to the SD being unlocked, and different images I get while playing back videos recorded under the same setting (two say cannot playback image/video while the third one has no problem playing back the video... mind you, these 3 videos were recorded within a few mn/hrs from each other, on the same day, and with the same settings.) These are all huge issues since its not a cheap item. The item should perform well and all items that the description says will be included should be included. I will update this review in a few days letting you know if the seller "Ultimate Deals" responds back to address these issues or if they dont. I hope my review was found to be helpful! Update: They never responded to my messages however they did send me the items that were missing. They sent me a new Auto Power Pro Slave Flash and a Flexible 12" Spider Tripod that looked used. The slip these items came in were banged up and had rips however it was sent express shipping which I am grateful for. I ordered new SD cards which worked perfectly with the camera. I have not had an issue with the camera since then. Honestly, dont have too high hopes for this bundle. The accessories are hit and miss. The camera does the job though without much complications as long as you use other good SD cards.
