Great little camera, I have the canon t7i and I love it but its a bit big for traveling. Planning a trip to the Philippines I didnt want to lug around my 800d so I started looking for a option for a travel camera. I wanted one that is capable of taking the same quality pictures of my t7i or 800d. The m100 was my first choice but after Alot of thought I knew that I would want a camera with more external adjustments. The m6 has it all... Exept for a view finder .. but its a sacrifice worth giving for a nice small travel camera that can take great quality pictures just like the full size crop sensor cameras. Adjustments are easy although the frame is small for a big handed guy like me. Im glad I didnt settle for the m100 i can see how it would be frustrating using a camera with no external iso, apeture, shutter speed adjustments. I love it..

This camera is the best travel camera. Takes a little to get used to not having a view finder, but the screen works with you, since it rotates! You can hold your camera over your head and still see what youre shooting, as well as a good old high quality selfie. I can take this anywhere with me it fits right in my purse. The touch screen and dials make adjusting settings a breeze. So many modes and settings to play with. Video is so clear, and lets be real the majority of us do not need 4k so this is great! Super user friendly, just a little weird without the view finder.

The Canon M6 does exactly what I want a camera to do. It is compact enough to travel with yet performs like a larger and heavier SLR. I principally wanted to take still photos but its nice to know that it will take good videos as well.

As good as my old camera the SL1. Problems with settings that are easily changed without my knowing, like iso (usually changes from auto to 25000). I will have to learn to check all settings before taking a picture. Love the burst on this, love the size, love the tilting screen. The Eco mode lets me take around 500 to 600 photos on a charge. Overall it really is a nice camera just keep an eye on the settings.

No means of uploading photos to a computer just to a phone,I live in an area where a cell phone is unusable. The camera itself is nice , compact, excellent images can use my Canon 70-200 2.8 lens , also my 100-400 IS ultra sonic zoom and my EF 300mm F 2.8. For me it is a pain for others with cell phones it would be great.

I am an avid Canon user - I have moved from a Rebel XT to 40D to 5DMKII. A couple of years ago I bought my wife an EOS M3 and was very happy with its performance - just needed a bit of speed to compete with the center-focus on my 5D II. This is it. I lose the full-frame pizzazz but gain a lot of nice features when I go with this over the 5D in my bag. And with the 22mm f/2 kit, Im always impressed by image performance. Some of the other EFS-M lenses Im not as thrilled about, but I keep the adapter in my bag, along with my regular EF lenses and am thrilled. The mic is a huge upgrade from the builtin mics (which are ok in a pinch), and Ive impressed myself with the video quality Im seeing.

I wanted a replacement for my Canon G12, but wanted to use my standard EOS lenses. I bought the EOS -M adapter and also the EVF-DC2 viewfinder. The viewfinder will make taking pictures with my standard lenses easier as I won’t have to hold the camera out at arms length to see the image on the display. A much more stable platform. Love the image quality and the capabilities of this body. Everything I was looking for.
