So youve got the EOS 80D camera, and -- separately -- the package of extras Digital Goja provides. Bottom line, so as not to bury the lede: If youre going to buy the camera, its worth buying this package. The camera: Lots of other people have reviewed the 80D so I wont go into detail. Suffice it to say, its arguably Canons best non-professional (i.e., under-$3000) camera. Its terrific and you wont go wrong. If youre considering the 7D Mk II instead of this (as I was), this is the better choice for a number of reasons -- its several years more advanced, it has better dynamic range (meaning better resolution of dark and light areas) and has built-in Wi-Fi. Unless you need the 7Ds GPS, theres little reason to choose that over the 80D. The Digital Goja package: The package cost the same as buying the 80D body alone, so essentially its free. And its definitely worth more than that. :) Its got a mix of items ranging from the cheap (the mini tripod and the mini spray bottle) to the useful (the pack, the strap, the memory cards, etc.) Lets be real: This isnt super high-end stuff. But its not bad at all. Heck, the two memory cards alone are worth it. The pack is much better made than I expected -- its actually quite good material and nicely designed. The infra-red remote is useful for selfies and group shots, and the alternative carry strap isnt bad at all. (Its a matter of person preference whether you prefer it to the standard strap. The monopod is low- to mid-range, but again -- this is all essentially free. Ergo, its gonna be useful I can almost guarantee that the extras youll use are worth at least $15 or $20 bucks. (Heck, sell the memory cards on eBay. Theyre factory sealed and name-brand.) That alone means this bundle is worth it. Finally, the companys customer service is terrific. Youll get an e-mail almost immediately saying, "If you have a problem, well fix it," and other reviews will tell you its very responsive to customers. It comes down to this: Pay $1,100 for a camera alone, or pay the same $1,100 and get a decent bundle of extras. No contest.

This review is for the specific combo that comes with the 80d. Presumably you have done your homework and have decided the 80d is right for you. Now which package to get? This one is the one I picked and I was not disappointed. After years as a Nikon user I reluctantly made the switch to Canon for its video capabilities. I already own a PowerShot and the g7x and they are little powerhouses. I didnt want to drop a boat load of cash on a bunch of crap lenses for the camera although some of the packages on here are very tempting. I wanted a decent prime lens and canon kills it with their nifty fifty coming in at under a hundred bucks. I also picked up a pricey 10-22 for filming indoors. The point is if you are going to get some good glass you dont need all the junk in the other combos. This had some really excellent accessories like the monopod/selfie stick and 2sd cards which are nice to have that I am going to pass down to my budding film making children (along with the Nikon) The bag in particular is fantastic. Its the perfect size which is surprisingly hard to find in a camera bag. I am going to reluctantly pass that along as well as I will be shooting in the studio. If you are looking for a YouTube combo this is a great pick plus a rode go and the 10-22. Pricier than the video maker kit but you wont need to upgrade your glass in six months. The backpack will fit everything I just mentioned. In short, great price, quality accessories, killer camera, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

The camera is great. The battery, charger, and strap are the ones that come with a normal camera purchase. The pistol grip and monopod are relatively low quality but would probably be better than nothing. I have not tried the remote yet. The bag is awkward to use and does not really allow for expanding your system past body and 2 lenses. The memory cards are minimal but functional. I like the memory card case but wish it was a larger capacity. I looked around for a package deal for quite a while before I settled on this one. It was priced the same as the body alone so I considered the extras were basically free. All said and done, I would order this again in an instant if I had a need.

I ordered this twice. First one, the 80D body had some issues. I returned it and decided to look around and see what deals were out there. This one won, hands down. The folks I dealt with at Digital Goja were all very understanding. My only "complaint" is that despite the camera being the only issue, I had to send back the entire kit b/c I had started the Amazon return process. Wish I had contacted the good folks at Digital Goja first - I think we could have swapped the bodies and been done. If you have issues, please contact them first before initiating a return. Ive read some reviews stating the add-on items arent very high quality. Thats only partly correct. The items are all functional and Ive used the monopod, case, and strap and really like them. As far as the Canon 80D is concerned, its a top-notch camera. Probably the best in its price class. The biggest issue I have with it is that unlike the more expensive 7dMkII (which I didnt care for) you cant rename your files in-camera. that means youre stuck with IMG_0001 for the files, and if you, like me, have several Canon cameras, this can become a hassle to deal with. Canon could have included this capability, but chose not to. Is it really that profitable a selling point, Canon, that you only include it with higher end bodies? You punish folks whove bought several of your cameras. That said, the 80D takes great pictures. Love the camera so far! Sample image was taken last weekend.

This amazing bundle is great! Let me start with the one con Ive found: the wireless trigger doesnt seem to work. Ive tried various settings, and it does nothing. Oh well! Pros: The memory cards are spectacular! Kingston provides quality and you wont be displeased! They each can hold more than 1,000 photos if shooting in Auto mode, and can hold well over 900 images in Manual mode in full RAW format! The cleaning supplies are great! The brush feels sturdy, the air pump is perfect, and the spray bottle is the right size to hold my Zeiss Lens cleaner solution from a much bigger (aka less portable) bottle. The shoulder bag is handy if you have only the body and a couple of lenses to bring with you. The quick fire strap is great when you know you dont want to hold the camera the entire time, or feel its weight around your neck for extended periods. Plus, it also allows for tripod mounts with this attached! Great over-the-shoulder strap! Honestly havent tried the monopod or pistol grip tripod. Now for the camera! Oh. My. GOODNESS!!! It has more features than I thought! Timelapse, HDR, Artistic in-camera features! Wow! And the QUALITY! Did I mention the QUALITY? This camera takes absolutely beautiful images! Ive got a 50D that Ive had for several years now, and I could never quite get decent enough photos with the 28-135mm kit lens. This camera shows me I was so wrong about the kit lens! I couldnt be more pleased! The number of focus points blows me away and allows me to tune into the exact point of focus without need excess movement to focus then align like the 50D made me do with 9 focus points. Oh, the size! This camera has a smaller body than the 50D, but is definitely the latest upgrade! Im in love with the 80D! Its fast, responsive, and the image quality is astounding!! If you are in the prosumer range like me, this bundle and camera are definitely worth your investment!!

This was a good base bundle and exactly as described and desired. The backpack is a smaller one, but I love it because its convenient to strap on and hike with. Received everything from this seller through Amazon in good shape. Well packaged, and chose this bundle because it came with two 32 GB memory cards, cleaning supplies and a couple of tripods. Plus chose it because no tax and no shipping costs. The tripods are nothing great, but nice and light weight to carry around. The camera was in great shape. All my old (11 year old) ultrasonic Canon lenses work fine with this model. The camera itself. Nice weight, not too heavy but not too light like I felt trying out Nikon. Has so many options and configurations to use compared to an older Canon...I had a lot of new buttons and menus to learn and process! It takes great pictures in automatic mode, and absolutely love the TV and AV Modes and 45-point ViewFinder! The pictures are sharp and vibrant if taken in automatic mode. The touch screen is a plus too, and overall it has a very modern, sophisticated feel to its menus and features. Only con is cost and lack of a lens in this particular bundle. But the price was super competitive because of the reliability and peace of mind factor buying from an unknown seller through Amazon Fulfillment. Otherwise, I know I will enjoy my replacement Canon for years to come and cant wait to buy a great lens to go with it.

The camera arrived on time, packaged well and with accessories that are really worth having. Theres not much to add to the quality of an EOS 80D, its a spectacular camera, but this package comes with several accessories adding greatly to the overall value. Digital Goja has chosen to add accessories that are well built and very good quality. When you compare this packet to the camera alone being offered on Amazon at the same price, I am very pleased. The mono pod and the camera bag are well above the quality I was expecting. Somehow I missed in the description that the shoulder strap is in addition to the OEM strap. It is a side strap that holds the camera at your hip rather than at your belly. I have have similar strap for my 50D and was planning to get one for this camera because I greatly prefer it, and this strap is well made too. Ill wait to see if I use pistol grip any.

Coming from using two earlier model Rebels, I decided to take the leap and buy a middle line EOS. Why didnt I do this years ago? Taking it out of the box was meh... the battery was dead flat so I had to charge it up before the fun could begin. Looked like the other Canons, so no big deal. Hours later, and with the 18-55 snapped on I took it out on my test course to see how the metering worked. Holy Cow!!! The metering was so much better than the Rebel had... and at twice the MP, WOW. I was always chasing the exposure +/- on the Rebel, this one seems dead on for the evaluative metering, much better when there is a mix of direct sunlight and shadows. Coming from the Rebels, the menu system and button icons are about 90% familiar, so no learning curve to jog up. The video quality looks very nice... I will be using this camera for making vids and vlogging as well as photography. It is a very capable camera, and I was thinking about getting a full format Canon instead. But for what I use it for, I think this will be plenty, knowing that 29mm is the lowest frame factor I have. Itll be fine. Reviews on many of the bundles you find will say "the camera is great, but throw away the stuff that came with it... its all junk..." I found that the accessories with this camera were... pretty darn nice. Im going to use it all. The bag is small but big enough to get the parts you need for a shoot, and has a shoulder strap to carry it. The camera strap is very surprisingly... awesome!!! For so many years I have used the Canon strap that comes with the camera, its awkward, and makes you carry the camera in an uncomfortable way. The strap in the bundle is well thought out, made of good materials and lets you carry the camera low and on your side about belt level, and can be quickly disconnected if you need to. Nice little bonus. Overall... great camera yaaaay Canon!!! Great bundle and delivery.... Yaaaay Digital Goja!!!!

First the package from Digital Goja arrived quickly - everything was well packaged, protected, and exactly as described. The Canon 80D is not the newest DSLR around, but still has a high reputation for a quality build, great performance both for still and video. The EFS 18-55 mm and EFS 55-250 mm, kit lenses that are included give a nice range. Both have built in image stabilization. For now they are a great way to get started, knowing that I will upgrade the lenses in time. The accessories are all of good quality and make this package a great deal. Im not a big fan of the sling style camera bag that is included, but it does do a very nice job of protecting all of the gear, with ample space for extra items. I will be getting a backpack type camera bag which will work much better during hiking situations. Overall I am very please with the purchase and service from Digital Goja.

I honestly loved this kit! Canon 80D: The Servo Focus is beyond amazing, you can dial in the speed and sensitivity of the focus. Its also very intuitive, the touchscreen lets you drag your finger across it to follow focus across the field of view. I mainly got this camera for video and film, but the picture quality is outstanding as well. The battery lasted a good while before it had to be recharged. Altura Monopod: This is well-built, though I wish it could be mounted to (or came with) a tripod bottom. Ill be using it with my T3i, as I have a different monopod for my 80D. Ill be using this on-location as a second camera, for extra, behind-the-scenes type footage and photos. 32GB Flash Cards: The fact these came with the set was a plus. Theyre fast and large enough. Table-top Tripod: This isnt the best, but will get the job done if I ever need one in a pinch. Altura Camera Bag: This is very well-made. The zippers are sturdy, and it offered enough space to put my T3i in. All-in-all, this kit was perfect for what I needed. Definitely recommended!
