Make sure that you understand the difference between full-frame and APS-C. While it may not be a deal breaker, the cropped frame can be a bit of a hassle, especially with the included wide angle lens.

When Canon 70Ds went on sale everywhere, my wife thought the 80D might be coming out and she was correct. For just a little more than we could have paid for the 70D with just a camera body & lens and a few basics, we purchased this package. The camera itself is incredible! Many advances since the Canon 40D which we have had for a long time and certainly much more advanced than the Rebel series. Video is crisp at 1080p. Started videotaping my 91 year old Mother to preserve her many stories of growing up that we can share with generations to come. Would give a standing ovation for the camera and the company that took care of putting it together and shipping it.
