I love the ergonomics of this camera - just feels right in my hand. It does all that the 77D and 80D do, just without the added weight and complication of the top screen. The T7i/800D, 77D and 80D all have the same APS-C CMOS sensor. Controls are all on the right, so I can reach into my bag, flip the On switch with the right hand, pull it out and rip a shot quickly. (The 77D and 80D require you to turn them on with your left hand and shoot with your right) The touch screen is an awesome feature and works very well. I can drop shots from the camera to my phone with the Bluetooth and email/text them right there and then. Creative software filters and features are included. It is light and compact, meaning that you are much more likely to take it places rather than leave it home and miss the shot - size matters. The batteries are compact and light - buy a second one, keep it charged and with you. I had the 60D (same size as the 80D), but it was too bulky and heavy so I often left it at home. I bought the 24mm EFS prime pancake lens for a really compact arrangement. You wont regret this purchase...

DISCLAIMER: This package WILL work in the US. Its not advertised, but mine came with a US power cable in the bundle outside of the main camera box (and an EU too). The charger itself is dual current (100-240v) so it IS compatible in our sockets. Purchased from Deal Expo. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE between this (800D) and the T7i, is that you will NOT have a valid warranty in the US. Ive played around a LOT with the T6i, and trust me, you wont need the warranty. Canon builds an incredibly sturdy product. Maybe dont spike it at the ground like football and youll probably be OK. I upgraded from the regular T7 (yes US version) and I dont regret it. The auto-focus and extra 39 focus points really help you with your photography when youre not exactly the most pro photographer. The small bundle is more than enough to get you started and back you up with massive quality. The UV filters to get you into fine tuning your shots (replaceable, not the most high quality). The card reader is whatever if you dont already have an adapter. The memory card is meh, but i upgraded to SanDisk Extreme for 30$ more. Lens cleaner is whatever too, you can also just use a microfiber cloth to do this. Maybe just get a case out side of this and youre set. I found a very nice backpack style one for 30$ here on amazon, and it fits the entire bundle plus the Rode external mic I bought on the side. I still have room for 1-2 more lenses I plan on buying later. Highly recommend this over the base model.

I really loved photography as a hobby, but time constraints, work, family drew me away from it..now that I have retired I find I finally have the time to pursue it again..After extensive research, I found I kept returning to the Canon T7i/800D camera. Now having used it for about a week I find that it’s capabilities and assisted modes are just what I need to really begin to pursue my hobby. After extensive research, plowing through literally a thousand reviews, I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice.

Nice camara! No issues yet! I have yet to use all of the smaller asssessories so I’m glad that I wasn’t tricked by purchasing the larger bundle package. It is cheaper to purchase individual assessories you will actually use rather than going with what looks good in the photo. Happy with this purchase!

I LOVE my camera!!! It keeps up most of the time with shutter speed while my newborn is flailing around on auto mode. Get a fast card and this camera will keep up! Thats the whole reason I got this camera! Rarely it misjudges light and blows out the picture way to bright but most of the time is spot on! I would say 3 out of over 300 Pictures I had that trouble with. But the lighting was awkward. Overall this camera is amazing!!! Highly recommend and so glad I own one! Im constantly taking pictures now!

The "kit" lens is nice, though I would suggest also purchasing the 50 f1.8 lens, the EF-S 24mm f/2.8 STM lens, and the EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS STM lens, as well as a couple of extra batteries. The T7i camera comes with tons of bells and whistles, and takes GREAT photos, even on the auto setting. BuzzPhotos camera package is a very good value.

Moving from an older Nikon D series and love this thing. For this price its a great deal. Nice LCD, quick shutter speed, Wi-Fi and plenty of other features make it the perfect starter DSLR.

I read a few youtube reviews of this product and tried it out for my daughters birthday party. its easy to use and qualify of pictures are good (at least comparable to the pictures taken in the past by photographers). I was charged $150-200 for 30min session previously by photographers and only receive 30-40 pictures each time. The price of this camera is very reasonable and it totally worth it.

Bought this camera and kit as a HS graduation present. Works flawlessly with our pre-existing collection of Canon lenses. Best of all, my daughter loves the camera and is very happy with the quality of photos and ease of use. I would say that it is well worth the price.
