I love this little machine. I ordered one for black Friday and got it 11/25/18 (albeit from another store) this is an amazing little machine. I have always been one to use sugar in my coffee/espresso etc, but in this? Just give me some frothy milk and a double shot, its wonderful. Only thing (that doesn't lose any stars for me) is that you have to make sure to set the pod in correctly, or you don't get a good brew, but that's easy to remedy if you just pay attention to how the pod sets in when you put it in the machine. Returned this. The older one we had was discontinued, and this one just wasnt the same.

So far so WONDERFUL I love this thing I keep it at work for a pick me up and its doing the job wonderfully!

After reading the directions, I set up the espresso maker and followed the instructions to turn it on. Nothing lit up. I tried to turn in on again, and the machine started to brew, spilling hot water onto the counter. I called Nespresso and was told to return the machine to Best Buy for an exchange. I am awaiting delivery of my new pot.
